Autopage doesn't want my business... clearly!

We are a corporate customer of Autopage for over 10 years. Yet it's amazing that nobody could assist me to take on two NEW contracts onto our existing account. I called 0116502797 yesterday (Zaheer gave me this number to call, as he was unable to assist me because I'm attempting to apply for new contracts, as opposed to upgrades).
On calling this number i was told that someone from Corporate sales will contact me in a few minutes. A day has gone by, and nobody has called. So I phone the number again today asking for corporate sales. Anesh transfers me to Cust Services, who then tell me to call 0116502795. That number turned out to be credit control! I call 0116502797 again and Stanton transfers me to Cust Services, who in turn transfers me back to Anesh.
Anesh tells me that they are "just a call centre" and that he could not assist. What is that supposed to mean? Where else must I phone? It's hard to believe that in this economy, I've got to chase after Autopage to give them my business. It's quite apparent that I should give my business to another service provider!
