Worst Accounts department ever!

I had upgraded my cell phone contract from a Blackberry to a Galaxy S3 and on viewing my statements for the months preceding my upgrade I noticed they have charged me a monthly fee for BIS which is surely incorrect anyways queried it with their Corporate accounts department and it has been 3 months and no body is able to assist in issuing the credit against my account.
