Promisd 5 Day delivery not even processed in 3 wks

I took a cellphone contract with a complimentary TV at MTN (Cpt - Observaroty branch) 3 weeks ago - with delivery promised to be made in 5 days.

After daily calls and going to the branch & calling the MTN helpdesk - only to be promised to be called back & waiting for a ghost - 3 weeks later they eventually gave us the TV supplier's contacts - from whom we discovered it's not even processed yet.

What a bad service - should I even be chasing their suppliers on their behalf?

I have 2 smart phone contracts with MTN - worth over R500 a month - after they expire - I am packing.
I am sure other service providers have a better service to offer.
