How to cancel TELKOM oooh TELKOM

Can the cancellation department please arrange collection of equipment from Unit F13 in Century Square, Canal Walk, Cape Town. This seems to be the hold up with the finalisation of the cancellation of some ISDN lines on our account.. Keys have been left at reception. The lines were succesfully cancelled 31 August 2013, over 5 months ago, but Telkom is still billing. Account 639900426853 Query 27103093
