My mum signed up for the adsl. We had to phone the call centre a number of times to find out if it was ready for ud to collect the dongle as we did not receive any smses. Went to greenstone telkom, the gentleman behind the counter didn't even lift his eyes from his desk before demanding proof of residence and I.d. Of which we were not told to provide by any agent we had spoken to before hand. Camme home, fetched the documents, went back to the same gentleman dancing behind the counter in his chair, and sibongile who was helping us did not communicate any information whatsoever with regards to the rooter. When asked a question, she didn't answer, simply stared at her computer screen and nodded her head. Then told to go to another counter (no reason given) when we got there we had to ask for what we had paid for (the rooter) before leaving the shop again with no information given to us about how to set it up. A customer standing next to us stopped us and told us what to do. Unprofessional staff who are more concerned with what they're having for lunch and the music playing on the radio. DISGUSTING behavior!!
