Open a case against identity & forgery

I am going to the nearest police station to report and open a case of identity and I advise you inform the Cell C Investigations department of this above matter urgently.

I instruct Cell C not to debit my account for this line (084 4442280 & 0839788740-this sim card is being used by this person) and after this has been fully investigated by both Cell C Investigations/ Department & the police I urgently request that this cell phone numbers above and my contract to be terminated with immediate effect.

I however want this Sim card (084 4442280) to be converted from contract to prepaid.

I am utterly disappointed with Cell C with not doing the correct checks in control and allowing this person to do this early upgrade illegally on behalf of me (this person has used my identity number and forged my signature)

In saying so I will report this to East Coast Radio to inform other consumers to be aware of such.

The above person who is found guilty of this crime must be dealt with seriously so that this doesn't occur to anyone else.
