Vodacom
The Network constantly going off

This is a problem that has been going on since the 24th December 2013 where the network is constantly going on and off and the only time the network goes on is when I phone or email and complain. I'm getting tired of complaining and running up my phone bill cause I have to use another network to report the problem. Vodacom's technicians are useless that they cant fix the problem or that Vodacom just does not care as they get so many complaints everyday that a customer is just a number to them. The ref number of the problem is S3-T962L-LY8D5. I'm now going to put on my notice Board at the resort I manage of how useless Vodacom is and if the network is off to please phone cause I have tried with no results and that they will probably be wasting there time as well.
