I am tired of Vodacom being a big bully and always getting their way. I am so tired of Vodacom but unfortunately I am in contract with them and am always liable for their fees even though their services to me are far from acceptable

I unfortunately only have the second complaints reference but it will suffice

Ref: S3-TSI1D-DCWIC was a service complaint on the 04/07/2013 which was the second time I had to contact Vodacom for a persistant problem where when trying to phone a "Network unavailable" even though I have full signal, and on the 3G modems we are connected but have a "No network Access" fault showing

I received a message that a consultant would contact me, but this never happened . this problem comes and goes but Vodacom have done nothing about it, in September I again contacted Vodacom about this problem and also made them aware of my previous complaint, after the Vodacom consultant confirmed that my problem was still unresolved on their system

today is 10/10/2013 and still I have this problem and nothing has been done about it.

As I understand Vodacoms SLA agreement to the client is 24hrs resolution time and according to some of their technicians they cant fix it
