Kulula credit card a waste of time

I am cancelling my Kulula Credit Card this coming Thursday.

This card has been just a burden since I have had it.

I signed up and started August 2013.

I still haven't been able to login to Kulula online banking, it keeps on saying my password/account is invalid, even though i've reset my account many times, (new password etc)

Then, this month I got SMSs and EMAILs stating that I have not paid the account and it is overdue. This was not my fault as I selected to have it as a debit order, and nothing came off my account.
As a result of someone not checking my bank account details properly (it seems someone put in the wrong branch code), I have now lost ALL kulula moolah for the month, that I would've earned, I have also been slapped with fines for non-payment, and interest on the overdue amount.

I have today, paid the FULL amount into my credit card via EFT. This amount was R9748, 00.

I will be cancelling this account on Thursday, unless there is someone who can sort this out ASAP, and subtract overdue and interest fees, and re-allocate MOOLAH that I should've earned this last month.

I have phoned and tried to sort this out, but keep getting shunted around
