Incompotent mtn consultants

I am struggling to get an IMEI, serial no and proof of contract of a handset which is on a Mtn contract.
This handset was and I need that information for police investigation. I have been stuggling 2 weeks allready. I have been to MTN at N1 CITY MALL just to be told they can't help me with that information. My opinion: LAZINESS. Then I started to phone MTN X808, WHAT INCOMPETENT CONSULTANTS!! 2 of them told me last week that they will contact me soon per email, still waiting. already more than 7 days. One of them gave me an email address: [Email Removed] I just received an email which confirms receipt,
How frustrating!!!
