Bad Service from Nashau Mobile

I have been a Nashua Mobile customer since I got my first cell phone, I am 56 now!!
On Mon this week, 13 Jan, I ordered a new Samsung Tab. I was told I would receive a SMS telling me when I could go collect it at Canal Walk. They said it would be that day or the next.
I HAVE PHONED EVERY DAY TO ASK WHY I HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED IT, TODAY IS SUN 19 JAN AND I HAVE STILL NOT HEARD FROM NASHUA MOBILE!!!
Bad service guys, very bad.
Please can someone let me know what is going on??
