Good day,
I recently signed a contract with MTN. With regards to service etc. I have zero problems thus far.

A gentlemen by the name of Cydney (unsure of spelling) called me last week to welcome me to MTN etc. He explained a few 'good-to-know' concepts and gave me a few numbers and websites that I can use.

I told him that I could not record this information as I did not have a pen/laptop nearby and asked if he could email the information to me. He had to confirm with his supervisor (which he did) and said that he would send an email with the information we discussed over the phone.

I have waited for over a week now and still have not received any such email. I did confirm with Cydney to ensure he had my correct email address.
