I ordered a dongle & data sim on 5 Jan. Payment was confirmed on 8 Jan. The email I got stated the courier would collect the next day. This did not happen at all for the next week. I called and emailed multiple, and I mean multiple times, to find out why it was not being sent. Most of the time I was "promised" that the package was just slightly delayed and going to be sent the next day... and when I would call the next day I would get exactly the same story. I say story because it clearly was a story just to get me off the call centre agents back. Other times I was told that there was a delay in the payment process, which was also a story as I had the confirmation email from Afrihost. It is now Jan 16, and the package has now just been sent... to the wrong town. Yes, the wrong town. Did I mention that I planned to go away this weekend, for the week? Now I've either got to cancel the purchase, or wait around for something that might not even come.

I completely understand that mistakes happen, but what I cannot understand is why I was constantly fed incorrect information. I am very disappointed in the whole ordering process, not to mention having to cancel plans.
