MDS Collivery
Fantastic service

I ordered an Afrihost Wifi router which Afrihost shipped to me via MDS Collivery. I must admit that I didn't expect great service from them MDS Collivery because they're a budget courier service and they were burdened with a massive delivery order from Afrihost of over 8000 packages.

I was going away and I knew that my Afrihost package had just arrived at their Cape Town branch. I called them and asked if I could collect in person. The rep. advised that they had received tons of packages and that the chances were slim I'd be able to collect that day, but he asked for my name and number just to check. I wasn't hopeful.

About 2 hours later he called me back and advised me that he had located my package and that I could come and collect it... wow... what amazing service... they said they'd call me back and they did. Not only did they keep to their word but they expedited my delivery ON A Friday afternoon!!!.. I was amazed. What company does that on a Friday afternoon?
