Misinformed and very disappointed

Afternoon,

After looking forward to upgrading my phone, I contacted your upgrade centre (0821959) & dealt with one of your call centre agents. I advised her of which phone I wanted to upgrade to & she advised me of one package that was available on that phone. I then asked her are there no other packages available & she "looked"& quoted me another one (Smart L). I then asked again are you sure there is nothing else as the packages she was quoting were quite high.
She then reffered me to the Red packages which were even more expensive. So reluctantly I took the Smart L & the "deal was done". I then went home that night, had a look on the internet & found that there is a cheaper package (Smart M). I called your call centre back & explained the whiole story & was advised that when my phone is delivered I must not accept it, I must send it back & start the whole process over again.

Releuctanlty i accepted & ended the call. I then tought about this, called twice more & was told the same story. So if I want to change the package (not the phone) I have to send the phone back & start the process again. WHY? This is the 21st century, why can't the package be changed not the phone?
