Mifi Device delivery issue

Hi

After placing my order I found out that I will not be in the office Monday to Thursday. I contacted the call centre to arrange for delivery on Friday or if I could change the RICA information to be issued to my wife. The agent refused and said this could not be done. The call centre also advised me to contact the courier myself to arrange delivery time. I can't understand why afrihost can't do this as I am dealing with afrihost not the courier. Also each time I send an email I feel I need to explain my issue again as there is not continuity between agents. The response is lightning fast but mostly with unhelpful, useless information. I also found out that deliveries have started last week already, yet mine as still not arrive. I feel feedback has been terrible with very few of the agents actually helping. I have requested for the device to be delivered this morning before 12. It seems that will not happen. I find it ridiculous that delivery is any time during the day and there is no way to expedite delivery when requested. I know there were 1000's of deliveries to be made but I think Afrihost should have sorted this out before thinking of starting the special deal.
