Poor customer service and terrible billing

I have been on a bundled service for some time, In March we moved house. I called Afrihost advising that we will be moving and what would be the best procedure to follow.
The adviser explained that I had to cancel my bundled service, switch back to Telkom to have my line relocated and then call back and ask Afrihost to switch me back.
This sounds like quite a process but, as I am very happy with Afrihost I was happy to do it.
I called Telkom and had the line moved, once this had been completed I called Afrihost to take over my line onto a bundled service. This was in March. I was told I would receive a prorata which again I was happy about. Until I received my April invoice which seemed a little low, This was due to the fact the switch had not taken place and had to pay Telkom well over R500. Again I called and the same story was given to me, prorata, Guess what? The same thing thing an invoice of R397 and a whopping bill from Telkom!! Needless to Say this has happened three times an today i finally received a bill from Afrihost, but surprise.. the incorrect amount. And then the lady in accounts says this is my Fault for not bundling my service in the amazing client zone! Thank u
