Unresolved query overdue by 3 days

I purchased bundles in the month of June just after the 25th for which I was billed accordingly. The bundles where not however credited to my account so I thought it was just a glitch and chose to wait 24 hours. The next day I bought bundles again checked my data bundle balance realized that the bundles bought the day before had still not been credited as well as those that vi had just bought. I waited a couple of hours until late when I called the client care and was given the reference S3-TSH4J-JJRGU and to date nothing has been done.
It is interest that this is the first real problem I've ever had with vodacom and this one problem has just made one of those client who always have to complain something I never do unless pushed to the maximum. It takes a lot to get me this upset and vodacom have succeeded. To add to that I have a feeling this will still not be resolved even though I place this complaint.
