I HAVE A 2 CONTRACTS WITH YOU. MY BB IS GIVING ME PROBLEMS. TOOK IT IN FOR CHECK UP. ADVISED TO BUY A NEW BATTERY WHICH I DID BUT STILL EXPERIENCING SAME PROBLEM. TOOK IT BACK AGAIN STILL GOT SAME ADVICE. BOUGHT A NEW BATTERY AND THE PROBLEM PERSIST. I LOST OUT ON MY BIS BENEFITS FOR A ALL MONTHS I HAVE PROBLEMS WITH THIS PHONE OF YOURS. TECHNICIANS KNOW NOTHING ABOUT THEIR JOB. I WILL NEVER TAKE A NEW CONTRACT OR RENEW MY CURRENT ONES. MOVING TO CELLC..
