First National Battery
3 year warranty on battery not honored

In July 2011 I bought a battery from Battery Centre Centurion. I chose to pay extra for the battery with a three year warranty. On Thursday 17 January 2013 I sent my wife to get the battery tested and replaced as it was giving problems.

They wanted my wife to pay for the new battery despite her showing them the card, with the purchase date on it, that came with the battery.

For close to 10 years I received good service from them, it was however disappointing. I expected them to be more willing to help and to honor their warranty.
