Contract cancelled - payments still debited!

Hi, On the 24th April 2013 I sent a request to cancel my Data contract with Nashua. I received written confirmation on the 29th April stating that my migration to pre-paid would take effect anytime from 25 July-1 August. Migration was successful and I was able to load pre-paid onto dongle from 1 August. Then in September my account was debited R144.19 by Nashua and then again in October for R570 - which is unusual as my contract value was neither of those amounts. When I queried this on the 3rd October with a contact centre agent he said there was a technical error and it would take 24/48 to reverse the transaction as he could see the error on the system. The agent promised to contact me the following day to confirm everything. No follow up received. On the 7th October I email the contact given to me by my company (we had a corporate account) - no response. On the 11th October I contacted the corporate contact via phone and he has given me the same message - 24/48 hours and he will contact me to confirm.

Should I trust Nashua Mobile to honour their word?
Why has nothing been done to date to rectify this error?

Frustrated and fed up with poor service from Nashua Mobile!
