Continues Charges after contract cancellation

I cancelled my cellphone contract months ago, yet Nashua mobile sees fit to keep charging me R24.oo p/m for airtime, without authorisation from me. If you cancel a contract, since when does this mean you want a different product from the company? From how many other people are they like this, because such a small amount can easily be overlooked by former clients?

After two phone call and two promises of cancellation and refunds (details below) of all amounts illegally taken from my account, this inept company is still debiting my account. Unacceptable.
