Last year 2013 my account got loaded wrong banking details and someone else got debited for my account. I went to Nashua mobile and rectified the issue and signed an agreement to pay the amount in three installments and paid that same day for the first installment. The second was due yesterday the 22 of January 2014 which I have paid and the last to be paid 25th February 2014.

My contract monthly installment is up to date and I have not skipped any payment on that. I received a call from a debt collector company on 20/1/14 saying my account has been handed over with a reference number and when I called they said I should send the proof of the agreement with the payments I have made. I did so and have been to Nashua mobile to alert them of this and nothing has been done to clear this issue. I keep calling the debt collector and even gave them the person incharge of my account and they say they are still waiting for feedback from nashua mobile for statements.

This whole problem is caused by incompetent employees of nashua mobile and yet no responsible action has been taken to remedy the situation. I think I have to seek legal route to get this sorted as am in no breach of contract.
