To cut a very long story short as this was over a period of 4 days with as many visits! The dongle stopped working. Advised to upload new software (trip 1). NOTHING returned the following day (trip 2) A staff member tested it and said there was nothing wrong - told me to uninstall and reinstall software again. NOTHING Rang the 24 hr call centre who told me that I need a min of R1 credit on the sim. STILL NOTHING! My brother then went in (trip 3) to be told that "our" computer was the problem by an arrogant assistant (personal opinion), although being told it was tested on 3 different computers?? after waiting 1.5 hours to be helped to be told "our"computer is *&$! * On our return (trip 4) after waiting 1 hour and me asking for the manager who was "not available" until I insisted that she talk to us - the manageress told us that the Cell C coverage was the problem?? A huge argument insued with the" said" assistant, (who was smikring at this point) &provoked my brother to the point he almost climbed over the counter. TOTALLY unacceptable. THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT!! Next day G/acres advised the dongle was the fault Urgent Technical & customer training needed @Walme
