Good day

Let me start at the beginning, I went to Cell C Carnival Mall to get a Dongle on contract. I did all the paperwork and handed it in the the Manageress, I returned there about 2 weeks later to find out how far or if they had any feedback for me. I was told that the Manageress had been off sick and the paperwork had not left the shop, I took all the paperwork back and did if over the phone.
The Dongle arrived at my work place AUGUST, I then tried to load it on me computer, but it did not want to work. I then called the help number and was put through to the technical department.
This went on for about a week and then I was told to take it for upgrading - which I did at Carnival Mall.
Returned to my workplace and tried again, had no luck so I phoned the technical department again. They sent me a layout of how to load it manual, which did not work. I WAS THEN TOLD TO RETURN TO CELL C as the Dongle needed to go for repair!! I then got the Dongle back in the SEPTEMBER.I again tried to load it, again it did not work. Returned to Carnival Mall Cell C and to my amazement the Dongle had to be handed in for Repairs as it did not work on there Computer. WHAT MUST I DO?
