Autopage
New Customer - but nothing to date!

Hi All,

I've been a loyal MTNSP Customer since 2005. I've decided to try Autopage Cellular, and maybe have one contract with them. I like the idea of single supplier, and multiple network opportunities.

Problem is that I've completed the necessary forms, had the application approved, and now, a month later, I still have no phone, no contract, and nothing from Autopage. I have to phone in every week to get the same feedback, but still no phone, no contract, nothing..

I've even suggested to drive to an Autopage Store and sort it out there, but to no avail... No return phonecall, nothing. I understand that there might be hickups, but seriously... A month long?

Maybe I should just add an additional number to my MTNSP account.
