Can someone please explain to me why iam not receivig the offer advertised on the MTN December 2013 broucher of R200 airtime, 200MB 150 internet bundle, 30 Minutes t oMTN number and 50 sms. I took contract with MTN Bankcity in December 2013 Samsung S4. The contract was for R389 with the listed benefits above. I changed the contract to the TOP UP package where i will pay R429. I received the sms on Tuesday that says that i only received R200 airtime and 25 sms . when i called 808 i was advised that once you change to TOPUP you only receive the airtime and 25 sms, where i asked the agent to forward the terms and conditions of that i was advised that they don't have them on paper i must refer back to the shop where i took my contract. I advised the Agent that the shop closed down on the 24 th December, she advised that they cant assist without the contract. I went to [URL Removed], i cant find the TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR TOPUP CONTRACT. I so disappointed with MTN I have made numerous calls and noone can assist me. They made feel feel like they were doing a favour by taking the calls. I called again yesterday and someone advised that she will log a call it will take 7 days
