Convinced to take top up never told the cons

I went for an upgrade on 02-10-2013 at ABSA square Nelspruit and was attended by Samuel, I went there to take a Galaxy S4 of which a catalog advertised it as a 24 months on straight or anytime contract with R200 worth of minutes or 200 minutes talk time, 25 sms'es and 200mb plus 150MB bonus, all for R369pm x24, I told him upfront that I am good with the deal but he insisted that I take top up as its easy to manage, I asked him that will be as advertised and He said yes only that too up will be R429, I insisted that I should take it on straight contract but he as a salesman insisted that it will be on my benefit to take it on topup. at the end after he assured me that all the benefits mentioned on the catalog will be available on the topup I took the contract, then when MTN loaded the top up airtime I noticed that only R200 airtime and only 25sms were loaded, I went back to the shop to check why the data was not loaded, I spoke to the same salesman Samuel who said he will log a complain with head office thus I must cone and check in 2 days, when I came back I found that he did not log that complaint, he said he is doing it immediately, few days later when I came he gave me some sto
