MTN incompetence and failing to follow through

On the 08/01/2013 I had to take a phone to MTN HRVC (Midrand) for repairs, i was told the phone would take 3 days to fix in a very rude manner .3 days later i phoned to see where my phone was and was told it was not ready, subsequently i only received my phone back on the 28/01/2013 .After not even having my phone for 8 hrs it broke again. I then phone my insurance and informed them that the manufactures were not prepared to help me... enter Brian ..Who once i explained what happened said he understood entirely what was going on and had dealt with such queries before and he would sort it out. I could not believe what i was hearing and finally thought someone can understand what i am going through. I also requested that a manger be cc'ed in on any correspondence between me and him ..to which he did not comply and has still failed to do, I would like to know why its is impossible to speak to anyone other than call centre people who claim to have let the superiors know whats going on, but yet you never hear from 1 .
I am disgusted with the service and inconvenience that MTN have presented me with and would still like to talk to a manager about this but guess what non can be found.
