REPORTED FAULT ON LINE FOUR TIMES

We have reported a fault on our line four times, getting a different reference number each time. Someone comes out, has a look around, does nothing, says that they will get back to us. Never do! Run a business from home and cannot carry on like this. Tried escalating with no luck. Terrible service.
