I took out a new contract. After 200km driving up an down since day one spending hours at the branch and not getting any joy from any of the staff as all of them has helped me at least once, just to be told my phone needs to sent away for repairs where as if they sorted it in the first week I could have received a new phone. After complaining twice I still havent received my data for December. Not even c/care wanted to listen to my complaint. One of the consultants told me "mam if I have to be honest I cannot help you phone c/care". I feel due to the incompetency and lack of intrest from the branch I need to be inconvenienced being without a phone. Every time I asked for the store manager he/she was never available or there was some excuse as why I should not speak to the person. I feel cold when I walk in the store as there is no warmth of knowing all the consultants attention is on being able help me. No one really listened to my complaint and really tried to understand my anger to the situation. No cares and does no go the xtra mile. I either want a new phone or new contract. I do not have time everyday to sort out this problem myself as I do actually work and assist customers.
