Huge service failure

I went to an MTN store on the 6 March 2013 to enquire about the repairs of my phone and was assisted by Ipeleng Ubane. After waiting for what seemed like hours in the queue the consultant who assisted was rude and displayed poor listening skills. laid a complaint on email the same day and the respopnse was the regional manager would be in contact with me. To date no one has called me regarding my complaint. What adds to my anger is I called the contact centre today to find out regarding the repairs of my phone, Michael informs me that my phone was sent to the store already and again no one cared to inform me. So clearly there is no one there that cares about their customers from consultants to managers. I regret changing network to them!!!
