Faulty phone

I have continuous problems with regards to my phone, I repeatedly reported faults on my phone only to be told that they will send the phone for repairs. I have had three phones in 7 months and they keep sending me refurbished phones that don't work.each time the phone goes in for repairs I'm told to wait 4 to 6 weeks until its repaired.in the mean time I'm paying for this contract and have no phone to use.every time I call head office to speak to a service provider its someone different who does not know my story and I have to start all over again and I get same feedback phone is in repairs. I just feel no one actually cares and no one is willing to assist me with regards to this. you all have a don't care attitude, honestly think that is bad service
