I am extremely disappointed in Vodacom. I have been with vodacom since my very first cellphone and I always recommended them to every single friend and family member. I would get mad when I hear someone speaking badly of them. I never could imagine receiving bad or no service from them. I upgraded one of my contracts last month. And instead of receiving data on my tablet, I received airtime. So I sad to myself no problem, everyone makes mistakes and I'm a vodacom client so this will be sorted in no time. I reported the fault and I am shocked its been more then a week now and after thousand calls, my problem is still not solved. And to top it off, my account is almost a R1000.00 which it has never ever been. I contacted the shop where I have upgraded and the manager who helped me could pick up the mistake in a few seconds. I am just asking that the incompetent person who caused this problem, to solve it. Not later not tomorrow-YESTERDAY!!!
