Vodacom
Cancellation was promised but still not cancelled

I had very bad reception on my 3G at home and contacted vodacom and spoke to Kashnee. She phoned my back to say that they will cancel the contract due to new towers that will be arrected but they dont know when> so i said i will speak to my husband and she must call me the next day. this all happend in the beginnig of October 2013> She phoned me the next day and promised me the contract will now be cancelled. My husband started taking the stick to work to at least use the 3gig we already paid for. We were under the impression if the 3gig is used up it will stop automatically. The next thing we receive an account of R4669.12.I then contacted vodacom again and again and again. I then spoke to teamleader Matimane and she spoke to kashnee and kashnee about everything and said she couldnt get hold of me. matimane said to me that Kashnee is guilty and afraid of getting into trouble> i Spoke to matimane a few times and then i just couldnt get hold of her again. i then after 1000000 calls to vodacom spoke to Teamleader Vuyo in December and he promised me to sort it out for me. Till today that contract has not been cancelled and i received no calls from Vodacom
