On 14-1-2014, requested a billing explanation for two of my contracts, there were 4 queries, got a reply for 1 query, sent a second request, and got again just one answer, sent a third request and now waiting. Requested for assistance from a manager, no reply, maybe they are to busy or maybe my R 750 - a month payment to autopage is to little to deserve any help from them. ALWAYS POOR SERVICE.
