Account Paid and cant place new orde

I paid my account and when I phoned the accounts department checked and said its active, I then phoned the orders department which told me the account is suspended.
I phoned about 3 times until I had enough, I then spoke to a lady called Babalo and she phoned Luthando and they confirmed its active, but once I went to orders again they told me its suspended.
I was held on the phone for 37 minutes.
I think this is really poor.
