All I want to know is if my contract is approved

My name is trevor smythe I applied over a week ago for a cellphone contract with 8ta and no one has gotten back to me yet, I try and phone the branch and no one ever awnsers the phone as well as on the head office no. Every other cellphone company approves u or declines u straight away, this is ridiculous that u have to wait more then two weeks for a response from 8ta and no one can help they don't know their from their elbows its ridiculous. Someone better get back to me as soon as possible or I will take my business somewhere else.
