I get a bill after cancellation in September again

Account number: 439900401945 or 0116142053 was cancelled in September due to cables not being replaced after being... was charged for cancellation. In December they reversed it and promised cancellation... now I get a b ill for January... when will it actually End??? I will not be paying in anything at all
