No response to lack Cell C Reception Franschoek

Entered into 2GB/month Cell C 3G/HSDPA contract (12 months) through MWeb, Canal Walk on 1 March, 2013. According to salesman Jemaff Samuals, my street address in Franschoek did have Cell C, 3G/HSDPA reception. On installing sim card, found that Cell C has absolutely NO RECEPTION in Franschoek! Cell C has no 3G reception (only Edge) and (pings between 349 - 477ms) with (download speed between 0.00Mbps - 0.11Mbps) and (upload "speed" between 0.00Mbps - 0.01Mbps). Various emails to Jemaff Samuels (Canal Walk) who just ignores the issue.
Very poor after sales service from MWeb, Canal Walk.
Please arrange to cancell this contract, if my signal cannot be boosted to 3G/HSDPA. Also refer Ref 1100747 to Craig technical on 2 March, 2013.
