I have cancelled my MWEB contract due to throttling and MWEB's unwillingness to disclose what constitutes "abuse" under the Fair use policy. When I spoke to the consultant she indicated that I would still be charged at the end of October again. As it clearly states on my invoice that I have already paid for October (my loss) and have effectively paid for a month that I will not be using, for MWEB then to charge me for a second month I will not be using is unacceptable. My cell is always on so please no "we were unable to contact you " nonsense either!
