I received an sms from Vodacom indicating that they have recorded high usage on my account. I called them to clear it up but they said i used data for May for R5400.00 I asked for them to just look into the matter. Nothing happened I called back then the next consultant told me that my account for June is already more than R6000.00. She indicated that we should log a call with the data department. Which we did I received a sms that they will get back to me within 24hours. It has been more than a week I still haven't received any feedback. I have tried calling them the whole week but I am unable to go thru to the data department.

I am not happy that Vodacom takes advantage of their contract subscribers. I would have expected them to at least try to make a plan to help a loyal customer or at least get back to me.
