Need my line fixed ASAP

Hi have logged my 1st line fault early in December 2013 and have only had phone call stating they will send someone to come and sort out the problem. it is now 14 January 2014 and till today now has has come to the line problem. I work from home and without internet access I can't work. I pay for a 4mb line yes I only get between 0.03 and 0.07mbps line speed. I can't even open up my gmail account never the less download files that clients send me. I ended up getting a new rooter today and the problem still persists. I need this sorted out as in TODAY!!! Its been long enough and my patience is growing thin. When it comes to payment you expect it on time yet I have to call everyday to see what is going on. PLEASE SEND SOMEONE TODAY!!!
