Stinking customer service

Someone opened a contract with my ID that I haven't even lost. I called MTN to advise them on the issue. I was advised to send an affidavit & my ID copy and case number. Police advised they don't open such cases. I called 5 days later I was advised the e-mail address I sent my documents to is shut down. MTN service is pathetic & the company does not have strong security. My name is lying with ITC for something I did not do. I need someone to call me with a resolution. I have done my part. Your agents render a poor very poor customer service. They don't even have system knowledge. They are very rude. I have been dealing with this issue since last year. I HATE MTN WITH PASSION . I detest it.
