Contract cancelled, I'm still being billed!!

I was called for a pre-approved contract, received handset, the next day my daughter checked the phone for me, told me this handset looks used, it was full of scratches and I'm paying too much money for such a cheap phone. I called and cancelled the contract, the handset was collected on 8 March 2013, I was told this contract was now cancelled, but I'm still being billed EVERY month!! I want to be contacted ASAP, have this money credited back in my bank account!!
I've sent a message on Facebook as well, received this response: Hi there, So sorry for the delayed feedback, kindly note that this issue has been sent through to the relevant supervisory to address and resolve the above issue. Regards Nonz. MTN Social Media Team BUT still this issue was not dealt with, this was on 19 June 2013
