I tried calling mtn call centre today regarding a account query on 083 808 and I was holding on for 30min which I have the proof as well? this is really the worst network provider that I have ever dealt with! This is not the first time either!!! I am disgusted with the level of service that they deliver. Worst call centre ever!!!
