Insurance Claim / Call Centre holding 30min

I have been trying to submit a claim now for two weeks, every time they say claim not received? I faxed I emailed I have the proof of that and still nothing! Trying to get through to the call center is also not working as I have been holding on for 30min and more at a time at which I just disconnect???!!! Contact me!
