BAD SERVICE, very bad

I ordered a I-pad with FNB 3 weeks ago, On Monday I received a sms that said my I-pad will be delivered between 8 am and 3 pm, NO DELIVERY, on Tuesday once again received this sms, by 3 pm I still didn't get my I-pad, I called digital planet, after holding for 15 minutes, the lady said the courier is running late, I informed her that I leave work at 4 pm, she promised to call me should the courier not be in time, I never received a call but at 5.15 pm received a sms saying they tried to deliver but I was not available, and that I would get a call the next morning. they never called, Wednesday I called the call centre every time holding on 10 to 15 minutes, Thursday the same thing, today finally I was promised they will deliver, well no delivery, called the centre again, no answer after holding 18 minutes, I cant believe my beloved FNB Bank uses such people, FNB you are world class but digital planet, you are the worst company I have ever dealt with. Even sent mails, they confirm receiving your mail but never get back to you.
