Poor Service delivery and no feedback

I have move homes, within the same area, and simply needed my ADSL line relocated. Made arrangement more than 3 weeks ago notifying them of the move. First time, they never came the time they said they would. Then they rescheduled for this Saturday, and never pitched. Telkom never follows up, like they promise, the technicians and say they were at the place but no one was home. According to the technician everything has been sorted and installed, yet he has never been to my place, and Telkom sytem shows the line is in active. I am now goin to be billed by both Telkom and my ISP for a service i was unable to use for almost a month due to Telkoms incompetence.
