December 2013, MTN advertised a deal for a 40 inch 3D TV, glasses, modem and a voucher, we received the Modem on signing the contract but not the other goods advertised. Now on enquiring about the remaining goods, we are told that the add was misprinted and its just a normal TV that u get with this deal. They had even taken my first months payment for goods that was not received and they have the audacity to tell us that we will not be getting the goods which was advertised and I refuse to accept this and should I not receive the goods I am suppose to get I will be taking legal action against MTN. I will cancel all other deals with MTN should I not get any satisfactory results from MTN. This is the most disgusting service I have ever received from such a big world wide service provider and as a consumer why should I be held responsible for someone elses incompetence (whoever printed the advertisement incorrectly) not my problem at all. I have my attorneys on standby should I not get a response to my complaint within 24 hours and stop all payments to MTN till such time I get a response. Yours truly disgusted in the service received.
